Reliability
Green computer - truly available or busy with a working session. If a connection, service or Shell goes down, the administrator sees the reason, not the outdated status.

Watchdog returns a system service, and controlled Shell startup takes into account slow computers.
Versions are assigned to the club centrally. Packets are verified by signature and checksum.

Yes. Branches live in a single system, but can have their own rooms, categories, equipment, time zone, employees, cash desk and printing routes. The manager receives a common point of control.
Yes. Consoles are displayed on the map as gaming locations, and reservations, rates, and time tracking are available for them. Windows PC-specific commands are shown only where applicable.
If club rules allow, ShellSoft seamlessly transfers the client to per-minute payment. The guest continues to play, and billing is protected from the parallel creation of duplicate sessions.
Yes. In the admin panel you can maintain a directory of Steam accounts, scan available games by Steam ID, assign a login and create game shortcuts. The system checks whether the account is occupied before issuing it.
Web admin panel adapted for browser on phone and tablet. Guests are provided with a mobile application with a seat map, reservations, wallet, online payment and news.
Receipt Agent is installed at the desired workplace. It connects a browser-based cash register with a supported fiscal recorder and scanners. Scanning and printing can be sent to different branches.
Usually not. We check the current infrastructure, prepare the server part and install client components in stages. The update can be carried out first on a test site, then on other PCs.
The state of the gaming PC is confirmed by several independent signals. Loss of Shell, service stop or connection break are visible in the admin panel with different statuses, and watchdog tries to restore the working circuit.
ShellSoft is paid at a flat rate per slot. The total cost is calculated by the number of club slots, and not by modules or feature sets.
Before launching, we separately evaluate the structure of the current base: customers, balances, tariffs, products and history. The composition of the transfer is agreed upon before implementation, and the source data is not changed without a confirmed plan.
Client components are designed for modern versions of Windows. Before launch, we check the system edition, service rights, user sessions, network and compatibility of security or gaming software on a test PC.
ShellSoft works regularly with the fiscal registrars Shtrikh and ATOL. When connecting, we check the specific model, driver version and sales, returns and labeling scenarios.
Yes. In the admin panel you can configure the names and categories of places, the color design of the map, images or video backgrounds of categories, game covers, news and your own rank icons.
The owner creates roles and separately allows sections and branches. You can leave sales and a card to the cashier, reports to the manager, and devices to the technical employee without access to financial transactions.
The version is assigned centrally and can first be released to a test club or individual group. Client components verify version, signature, and checksum; this allows you to update gradually and not replace files manually.
The mobile application and Shell support replenishment scenarios through a connected payment provider. The available payment method and its settings are determined by the country, legal entity and the club’s agreement with the provider.
Client Shell supports Russian, English, Kazakh, Armenian, Uzbek and Tajik interfaces. The mobile application works in Russian, English and Kazakh.
